If the credentials are a mandatory requirement for the position, then you must have those credentials to be successful in completing the position verification process. In certain circumstances, such as police checks and other assessments, we provide the ability for you to obtain the credential directly via our platform. However for other face-to-face training courses, you will need to go to a provider and obtain the credential before continuing. We verify the credentials that you upload, so if you upload an incorrect or out of date credential it will be rejected and you will have to complete the upload again. This may affect your success in the job application process.

If you are certain you have completed all the steps and checked that there are no desirable credentials outstanding, hit the submit button. We will verify your credentials and be in touch if we require any further information. If you have applied for a police check as part of this process, it may take a number of days to process. You will be notified once everything has been verified.

If the image is larger than 5MB then it won’t upload. If you are taking the image using your mobile phone you may need to change the camera settings to take a lower resolution image.

We compare your passport style photograph with your identity documentation. This image then forms an important part of your identity credentials; it can be used in ID cards and for your verification certificate for organisations. In addition to this, the stored photograph can be used for biometric verification, should your employer require advanced security measures.

No, your identity verification will fail if your ID documents are out of date.

As a minimum, you will need your passport or driver’s licence as well as a passport-style photograph of yourself.

We need to verify your identity for security purposes and to allow us to verify the rest of your credentials.

The process is used to verify your identity. This is similar to the 100-point ID verification process used by organisations such as Australia Post and banks. It requires much the same credentials including your passport and driver’s licence. The main difference with our process is that identity verification happens online rather than face-to-face.

Your documents are stored on secure, cloud-based services. You can access your documents via your profile account.
